PRAISE GOD FROM WHOM ALL BLESSINGS FLOW!

My mouth shall speak the praise of the Lord; and let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever.

from Psalm 145

Being out of town today and in quite a rush to leave for home, I'm short of time and creativity. BUT, not short of thanks! Of praises! Of glory to God, from Whom all blessings do flow!

Jeff spoke with the doctor's office over the phone late yesterday. The biopsy results were in!

There is NO cancer! The suspicious cells previously seen in another biopsy were not even there!

The joy, the relief, the thanksgiving we share in our hearts is all for God's glory! Praise Him!

We have a couple of miles yet to go, with some other tests and a heart cath. BUT, our Redeemer lives and stands faithful and will continue to go with us in grace!

Thank you, dear, dear friends for your oh so precious prayers and words of encouragement! All gave me such strength and courage! All are invaluable to me! How precious you are to God and to all!

I pray your day and weekend are filled with the grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I pray you and your family are blessed abundantly. I pray the peace that passes all understanding will guard your lives and hearts today (Philippians 4:13).

Much Love To All,

Andrea

  10. Oh, what a day of rejoicing this is; and to God indeed be the glory. For His hand of healing upon Jeff, and for the road to recovery that lies ahead.

My prayers are with you as you go up to another level, another season.

May the fresh encouragement you have received be another boost to your body, soul and spirit!

  15. Dear Andrea...I'm so thankful for you! Truly I am. God is good. All the time.

This Sunday is my hubby's last day as worship leader at our current position. We feel led in another area of ministry...leaving is difficult but it is the right thing to do. Please pray for us as we are being led to a completely different place...

Still...knowing God is in the midst of this change brings peace to my spirit.

I'm thankful again the news is good. He is faithful.

    Love, Rebecca

  16. I am not sure if you will get response from my blog but I went ahead and posted here anyway.

Thanks, Andrea for your kind words. Something that I am learning and re-learning is this that the only thing that can fill that empty place in my heart is GOD alone. It was meant only for him. My emotions fail me and they lie about the true situation. But I know that GOD is who he says he is and he will do what he says he will do.
May the LORD richly bless you.

  17. It's so good to be home again myself; and to sit awhile here in your parlor.

How grateful am I that your spirits are buoyed. Our God has shown up big time in your lives, and for that I am so very thankful.

I'll be back when at last I've got my routines back in sync. Until then, many hugs and equally many prayers.

  18. Such wonderful news! Our creator removed those cancer cells with His own hand. Sometimes, He just asks us to wait in faith before removing the problem.

  19. Hello Andrea, you sound like my kind of woman. Trusting in God and letting it show. Found you on another blog, (I forget easily) and popped over. I am filling my blog life with like- minded women who share my values and love of God and family. Stop by my neck of the woods and visit and I will return. Blessings

  20. HI Andrea!!!
So happy to have had you pop into my blogworld and see a piece of our life!!! I love making a new friend every day!!!!God Bless you, my sister was a Preacher's wife for several years, it is a role only a few can fill. My sister is a saint in my book!!! I'm being patient with God to make me more like him every day, my desire is to serve him with my whole heart and know that by Grace I'm saved and sometimes I fail.... but with that said, I married my high school sweetheart 33 years ago, we have 3 children, our oldest daughter is almost 30, her turning 30 is harder on me then me turning 50!!! Our second daughter is 27 and lives in Orlando, Fl and is a Manager with, YES you guessed it Walt Disney World, love the perks, hate her living 2200 miles away!!! Our son just turned 24 and in his second year of law School, God is good, all 3 of our children graduated from college and I nor my husband even went to college, we jsut worked hard, raised our children in Godly home, prayed for them every single day that GOd would guide them and so far so good, we have 1 very precious grand-daughter!!! Love her so much!!!!
God bless you and stop in and I will continue to follow your footsteps!!!!!
    love,
    jamie
